Actually, it had a heart/valentine instead of saying "love"--just want to be accurate. I don't suppose the DMV would put that on a license plate, but I like it. It's clearly a very honest sentiment. I'm sure fond of mine! I was interested in seeing the owner, but, alas, he was nowhere in sight, and I didn't want to spend my evening waiting for him.
