Fellow blogger Yen Tan will be in town for the San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival next week. His film, Ciao, will be showing Sunday, June 22nd, and Wednesday, June 25th. Info and tickets available here. I had the chance to read the wonderful script and highly recommend it to anyone in town that week. A beautifully sweet, sad, and moving story. If, like me, you’re a little tired of gay films that only focus on young guys coming out of the closet, Ciao is a welcome alternative, dealing with guys who are like, all the way into their THIRTIES. Even trolls like us deserve celluloid glamor.
